What Does Marking A Contact As Deceased Do?
When marking a Contact as deceased, you’ll see the word deceased at the top of the Contact’s page.
Practically, marking a Contact as deceased does the following:
- They are not included in Target Criteria results
- They are not included in new canvasses
- If they weren’t marked as deceased when the canvass was created, but
are now marked as deceased, they are shown as crossed off on that
