Introduced a new quick edit contact modal that allows users to update phone numbers, email addresses, and social media details directly from the case create, case edit, and case card views. This new streamlined workflow reduces navigation steps and makes contact updates faster without the need for leaving the current screen.

Case Dashboard: Flexible Custom Tile Layouts
Enhanced the case dashboard custom filter experience by removing the previous 4 tiles limitation, allowing teams to add as many custom tiles as needed. The dashboard now dynamically reflows tiles across different screen sizes, providing a more flexible and scalable experience for modern workflows and displays.
Case Edit: Expand and Collapse Notes
Added a convenient expand all and collapse all controls beside the sort options, making it faster to review or organize large note histories. The selected view preference is automatically remembered for each user across sessions, creating a more personalized and efficient experience.
